How to Enter, Nominate, and Vote
PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT OR PURCHASE TO ENTER, NOMINATE, OR VOTE IN THE CONTEST. PROVIDING ANY PAYMENT, DONATION, OR CONSIDERATION OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
To nominate or vote, visit the official link on the uplift.games website during the respective Nomination or Voting Periods. Nominees may decline their nomination in the sole discretion. If you are a nominee, you will be required to authenticate via Roblox and provide Uplift with your Roblox ID and email address. Participants are limited to one (1) nomination and one (1) vote per category. Participants may not use bots, automated scripts, or multiple accounts to nominate or vote; all such entries/votes shall be disqualified.
Winner Selection and Judging Criteria
During the Voting Period, the Roblox community will have the opportunity to review and vote on all eligible nominees. Uplift team members will review such community votes and will then select (5) finalists per Award Category. Those finalists will be submitted to an independent panel of four (4) industry judges from different companies, including one (1) judge from Uplift. At a judge’s sole discretion, they may ask to review additional nominees. Note that while the community votes are considered, all finalists that are submitted to the judging panel are ultimately determined by Uplift staff based on the rubric set forth below. Following this submission, the judging panel will select one (1) winner (“Winner”) in each category In the event any nominee is a colleague, employee, partner, client, or close associate of a judge, or where a judge otherwise has a conflict of interest, such judge will recuse themselves. Judges will score eligible nominees using the following objective rubric, subject to their reasonable discretion:
- Technical Proficiency & Execution: Code efficiency, visual design, functionality, or technical complexity.
- Originality & Creativity: Novelty of concepts and uniqueness of artistic or technical style.
- Community Value & Usability: User experience, educational value, or community impact.
Judges will evaluate each finalist on the above criteria, and such evaluation will be solely based on the nominated work and the materials submitted by the finalist. Each judge will assign each finalist a single overall score from 1 to 10, weighing those above criteria as the judge considers appropriate in their sole and absolute discretion. A finalist's final score is the average of the scores of all participating judges; The finalist with the highest average score will be declared the Winner for each category. Ties are decided by majority vote of the participating judges.
Uplift will notify Winners via email or Roblox message on or about September 19, 2026. Winners will have up to thirty (30) days to claim their prize. Potential Winners are subject to verification, including verification of eligibility. To claim a prize, Winners must respond to Uplift's communication, execute an affidavit of eligibility, and provide proof of identity and residence, tax documentation (IRS Form W-9 for US residents or Form W-8BEN for non-US residents), and any other requested verification documentation. If a Winner is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must execute a Parental Consent & Release Form, and the cash prize will be disbursed directly to the verified parent or legal guardian.
